2 Frozen Bananas
1 c. Spinach or Kale Leaves
1c. Frozen Pineapple or Mango Chunks
1c. Ice
1c. Plant-based milk (like Oat)
1tsp Spirulina or Hemp Hearts (duh)

Blend all together in your blender, and enjoy

Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

2 Frozen Bananas
1c. Pineapple Chunks
1c. Coconut Milk (from the can)
Honey or maple syrup, to taste

Blend all together and enjoy!

Smoothie bowl recipe

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

1.5c Raspberries (plus extra for toppings)
1c. Strawberries (plus extra for toppings)
1/2 frozen banana
1c. almond or oat milk
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (plus more for toppings)
1.5c. Ice
Handful of mint or basil (plus more for toppings)
1/2 sliced fresh Banana

Blend all ingredients together and pour into bowl. Top with extra berries, sliced banana and honey. Enjoy with this fun spoon!
