Dear Jane, Summer Body Aches and Pains
Like many other people, I’ve put on the ‘Quarantine 15.’ My body is softer and rounder than usual so I’ve started to workout more to drop a few healthy pounds so I can bounce back into my summer body.
My goal is to comfortably fit back into my bathing suits, short shorts, and spring dresses, just in time for the warmer weather, beaches, sun, and sand. I also want to feel confident while taking photos and selfies when safely enjoying our summer vacations.
But bouncing back into my bikini-ready body has been tougher than I thought. My muscles are sore and my body is achy after my intense daily workouts, which is unusual for me because pre-lockdown I could workout as much as I wanted without this much soreness.
I’m determined to get my body back, but how can I do it without burning out from the aches and pains of working out?

Don’t forget that it’s natural for your body to take some time to get back acclimated to working out after having been inactive for months.”
Dear Summer Body Bound,
You’re definitely right. Gaining the ‘Quarantine 15’ has been a real struggle for so many of us and I applaud you for wanting to get your summer body back in a healthy way. Your letter has inspired me to put down the brownies and to pick-up some new pilates moves.
But when it comes to the inevitable aches and pains from getting your summer body back into fighting shape, I would turn to the Pain, Pain Go Away Cream. The cream comes in a 2oz recyclable tube and has 500mg of Broad Spectrum Hemp and a proprietary botanical blend for a specialized pain-relieving treat for your body.
When you’re feeling the pain from tense muscles and sore joints, massage the cream into those areas on your body to provide some soothing relief. After particularly tough workouts, soak your body in a CBD-infused hot bath using the Go Away, I’m Fizzy bath bomb. The hot bath and CBD bath bomb will help to loosen up your muscles and ease your aches and pains.
Don’t forget that it’s natural for your body to take some time to get back acclimated to working out after having been inactive for months. You’ll get your stamina back once your muscles strengthen and you get back into your normal workout routine.
In the meantime, you have the Pain, Pain Go Away Cream and the Go Away, I’m Fizzy bath bomb to soothe and heal your aches and pains. I would also suggest that you make sure that you’re eating enough vitamin and mineral enriched food and protein to fuel and replenish your body pre and post-workouts. Also, don’t forget to stay hydrated so you can have a healthy and strong body from the inside out. Looking forward to seeing your summer body poolside!
