Dear Jane, I’m Manic and Moody

by | 0 comments

Dear Jane,

Three weeks out of the month, I’m usually pretty cool, calm, and collected, but during the fateful week prior to my period and during my period, my mood is all over the place – and don’t even get me started about my painful cramps.

Usually I’m able to have the awareness that the reason why I’m feeling off is because of my hormones, but I hate feeling not in control of my emotions.

In the past, I’ve tried to slow down during my period and when I’m PMSing, but I’m tired of having to alter my life based on when Aunt Flo comes to visit.

Jane, how can I stop being a slave to the rollercoaster ride that is my unpredictable irritability, anxiety, and painful cramps during my time of the month?

Betoken Not This Month Cream

Don’t let painful periods and mood swings get you down, it’s completely natural to feel different during your time of the month.

Dear Menstrual and Moody,

Sis, I have four words for you, IN – A – MOOD – BUNDLE. Luckily for you, we’ve got you covered in all things painful period cramps and menstrual mood swings. So the first thing that I would do would be to rack up on a few of the bundles so that you don’t run out when you need them the most during your time of the month.

So don’t let painful periods and mood swings get you down, it’s completely natural to feel different during your time of the month. But you also have the power to alleviate your pain and even out your moods.

The Not This Month Cream is a perfect way to combat your painful period cramps. Rub the scientifically-crafted blend of Hemp CBD and botanicals topical PMS relief cream into your lower abdomen, tender breasts, or wherever you’re experiencing pain for an all-natural way to feel better faster.

During your time of the month, when you’re really not feeling well, or when you just need an extra way to relax and calm both your mind and your body, then soak in a hot CBD-infused bubble bath with the Go Away, I’m Fizzy CBD bath bomb. I love to enjoy a glass of wine, scented candles, and classical music while soaking in the hot tub and massaging my tummy.

Whether or not it’s your time of the month, the best way to even out your levels of irritability and anxiety is by taking the Hello Mellow capsules at the start of your day and then as-directed throughout your day and as-needed to destress, quiet your mind, and take back control of your mood swings.

Of course, I would be amiss if I didn’t also suggest talking to your gynecologist about your PMS symptoms. Perhaps she or he could suggest a birth control that could help regulate your hormones or provide guidance on whether or not the current one that you’re on needs to be switched or if your body just needs a break from them.

xoxo, Jane
